The Insurance121 Story
A note from Anitra Koski:
After more years than I care to admit as an insurance agent/broker in the Sacramento and Stockton areas, in 2006 I took the BIG step of opening my own agency in Elk Grove—where we’ve lived since 1986. Tough at first, for sure—with the meltdown of the economy, working alone, out of my home. But my strength has always been in my relationships and my customer CARE. So many loyal clients helped push it through—and I say this with more gratitude than you can imagine. Thank you to each of you who has stuck with me all these years.
In 2011 Les Willmon and Anitra Koski joined forces, and in 2014 started under the name Insurance121 Insurance Solutions (CA DOI License 0K01870). Through this partnership, Les and Anitra are able to provide choice and expertise in many facets of this complicated insurance industry—Les in protecting your personal assets, and Anitra with many years’ focus on insuring business.
Lest we forget Denise—those of you who have worked with our Account Manager Denise Winston know she’s the glue that holds our customer service together.
Here's What We're About
Our name represents our business philosophy—common sense insurance solutions, always "one-to-one”. And our goal is to keep insurance simple for you. We pay attention to the details so you don't have to. We want you to be able to rely on us as an agency who “knows their stuff”. And follows through on what they say they will do. We believe we can’t always promise sunny skies, but we can give you an umbrella when it rains. That’s what insurance is all about.
Hold us to the high standard of service we strive for - we hope you’ll provide your comments on how we’re doing . We know that you rely on us to protect your most valuable treasures, your family, home, cars, businesses and finances. And for that trust, we thank you.
What My CIC Designation Means For My Clients
Today’s insurance and risk management industry is big, complex, and full of variation. As you consider what kind of coverage you need for your unique set of risks and exposures—both current and future—my training as a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) has prepared me to be the competent and proven advisor you need. Training to become a CIC includes 100 classroom hours and five comprehensive exams. In addition, I attend continuing education courses every year to update my knowledge and skills, to ensure that you always receive from me the attention, care, and current information necessary to make your coverage decisions.
The CIC designation and pin are marks of distinction that demonstrate my commitment to professional excellence and leadership in the insurance industry. I am proud to be among 31,500 CICs in the country–the best and most knowledgeable insurance practitioners in the nation.
